Preternatural is a very good word for that rose–possibly even better than Scharlachglut. Gorgeous photo–and amazing light. Who knew even thorns could glow?
Oh, how frustrating to lose a draft–I hope it returns soon, with stories of its time in cyber-limbo to entertain you with.

Really annoying to be Blogger-less, but agreed even more annoying to have lost posts. My last published post disappeared with little hope for it to be restored. Only a very old draft remained….grrrr. Thankfully, for the published posts, you can find them again if you signed up for your own RSS feed and/or Google Reader.
Back to business though, lovely rose!!! Look forward to seeing more of Mrs/Ms Priory…
